Again here your diagrams are vague. I am not reading any analysis in them, just highlighted drawings. try to really dig into the content and do not be afraid of color.
New format for site is much better now - no double scroll and images are a lot crisper. Well done. regarding hierarchy, it would probably be beneficial for you if you demonstrated an understanding of hierarchy on plan as well as within the massing of the building - this could be as simple as identifying the most dominant area(s) within each building (and their purpose) and identifying which are subordinate - once you start looking at the plans in more detail, this will help you get your head around the public/private relationships required for all health buildings.
